Sales Representative i worked with was Ron Hebbring-Best customer service ever!!! He was very professional yet Fun to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable on all flooring products. Very patient and friendly, also let me know ever step of the way what to expect in ordering my carpet and installation-Thanks Ron for all ur help...Love my carpet
Conrad was easy to work with and he provided great information for me to make an informed choice for my carpet upgrade. The installation process was scheduled and went off without a hitch! I would definitely recommend them for any new flooring projects.
We just had our flooring in our house redone and we are very pleased with the product and workmanship that was done. The sales person (Conrad) treated us very well and was very thorough with what to expect. The glue down LVP was installed by the installer(Bryan and his sister). They did a fantastic job and were very neat, clean and courteous. The carpet layers also did a great job. I didn't meet them so don't know there names.
Renovating an older home! Dennis at Carpetland in Germantown was so helpful in picking out the right carpeting for our hallways and stairways!!! A++++ The whole team worked together from start to finish, picking out carpeting to installation!! The workers that installed the carpeting were excellent! Did a great job!!! Cleaned everything up , vacuumed, and were very hard working!!! A++++++ Highly, highly recommend….Thank you Carpetland!!!!
My wife and I worked with Ron at the Germantown location. We were looking to replace the carpet in our dining room. They have a wide variety of style and price points available. When we settled on a couple we liked we were able to take them home for a day to see them in our house under daylight and our lights in the dining room and see how it looked with our furniture.
