I purchased carpet for a newly renovated and fully finished basement. All the employees at Carpetland USA Germantown, WI were excellent and extremely helpful, specifically Conrad was very knowledgeable, very helpful and listened very well to our wants and needs. The carpet we chose has been perfect for our family with having children, dogs and cats. I highly recommend Carpetland USA Germantown for your carpet needs. The installers we excellent as well.

Conrad was a joy to work with. He explained all of the various offerings and trim lines. He made suggestions, let us check out samples, and did not pressure us nor try to steer us to a particular offering. We ended up buying our carpet from him at the Germantown store and the installation was great and as explained. In fact, we liked him so much after also looking for tile for another project, we came to him and asked if he could get a particular tile and he could so we boughtit from him as well. My wife and I worked with Ron at the Germantown location. We were looking to replace the carpet in our dining room. They have a wide variety of style and price points available. When we settled on a couple we liked we were able to take them home for a day to see them in our house under daylight and our lights in the dining room and see how it looked with our furniture. We are loving our new stair runner and hallway carpeting! It is so plush under our feet. Dennis was wonderful to work with and helped walk me through choosing a special carpet as a runner. He even suggested continuing the stair runner through the hallway which I hadn’t thought of and it turned out great. Uriel and his team were fast, efficient and clean with their work. Ron Hebbring was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient. I picked out carpeting and LVP. It looks fabulous. Installation was seamless. Would definitely go back and deal with Ron. No pressure sales . Thanks again Ron and Carpetland.
