Highly recommend working with Ron at the Carpetland USA in Germantown, WI. I called 10 different flooring stores looking for the best price on the flooring we currently have and just needed more boxes. Ron was extremely kind, professional and really knew his stuff. Conrad was easy to work with and he provided great information for me to make an informed choice for my carpet upgrade. The installation process was scheduled and went off without a hitch! I would definitely recommend them for any new flooring projects.
Installation of carpet went fine but installers old white van leaked oil on my driveway. Contacted salesman Ron who said his manager said to tell me I should just throw some kitty litter on it. Told Ron I don’t have a kitty and they should be responsible for this damage. He said just throw some kitty litter on it and laughed. I ended the call. Excellent job. The installers Michael & Mark were a great team working together. From removing three layers of floor to adding down new sub-floor. My kitchen was not just a square layout. It was 3'6" to 11' 8" to 8'4" to 21' long. Ron the sale person was very helpful in asking questions on were the floor was going and what we were going for. This is the second floor we have purchased from Carpet Land USA. The first floor was 2 bedrooms, hallway & front room which was 5 years ago and at still looks new as the first day.
Sales Representative i worked with was Ron Hebbring-Best customer service ever!!! He was very professional yet Fun to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable on all flooring products. Very patient and friendly, also let me know ever step of the way what to expect in ordering my carpet and installation-Thanks Ron for all ur help...Love my carpet
