The installation team arrived early in the morning and went right to work. They were efficient and kept us informed of their progress. We have installed new flooring in several rooms with Carpetland and have always been pleased with the installation process. Would recommend them highly to anyone thinking about a new floor.
We had our entire house redone in vinyl plank and it looks great. We were very happy with the entire process from planning to install. The installers were excellent and were very detailed. Making sure the subfloor was level and smooth for the new flooring. Great job

We recently replaced carpeting in our bedrooms. We worked with Troy Wetzel and he was excellent. He was great at recommending carpeting that would fit with our family (having pets), worked to drive our price down, and educated us on the process with our furniture. He was professional, friendly, and great at communication. He gave us space and time to look over our options. Troy also looked at a few other projects in our home and had excellent recommendations for us moving forward. Thank you Troy!
Troy was very helpful in helping us choose carpeting and flooing for our basement remodel project. Troy patiently answered all my questions and communicated often throughout my decision making process. Jose' and his installation crew were excellent. Very professional and friendly.
