We had an amazing experience working with Jackie and Jose and his crew with Carpetland in the install of our new hard floors. They turned out amazing! Jackie was attentive to any questions we had and was very prompt in all of her communications. Jose and his team worked tirelessly throughout the day and were able to adapt quickly to a change in plans with our uneven 1910 home floors! Floors were installed in 1 day and we could not be happier! Highly recommend working with Jackie and her team with all of your flooring needs!
Jacalyn was the best salesperson we’ve had! She knew what to do to make it a smooth transition! Recommended her to my sister who needs carpet too. Installation was great! They cleaned up so nice and were pleasant. Very hard workers!!thank you! We will be back for a bathroom floor.
I am very happy with the new carpeting! The crew did a great, efficient job. They cleaned up very well after the work was completed. The guys moved some furniture an extra time so it was in the right position for me.They were very professional, polite and friendly.
