Worked with Jake Sommer to help get carpet installed in our basement after having to replace it due to the flooding from the big August 2025 storm. Jake was able to work quickly to get a quote together that we could provide to insurance for their estimate and also provide the pros and cons on replacing with carpet vs LVP. The installation team arrived early in the morning and went right to work. They were efficient and kept us informed of their progress. We have installed new flooring in several rooms with Carpetland and have always been pleased with the installation process. Would recommend them highly to anyone thinking about a new floor.
Troy was very helpful in helping us choose carpeting and flooing for our basement remodel project. Troy patiently answered all my questions and communicated often throughout my decision making process. Jose' and his installation crew were excellent. Very professional and friendly. They paid close attention to detail when installing our LVP and carpet. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We had our entire house redone in vinyl plank and it looks great. We were very happy with the entire process from planning to install. The installers were excellent and were very detailed. Making sure the subfloor was level and smooth for the new flooring. Great job
