We had an amazing experience working with Jackie and Jose and his crew with Carpetland in the install of our new hard floors. They turned out amazing! Jackie was attentive to any questions we had and was very prompt in all of her communications. Jose and his team worked tirelessly throughout the day and were able to adapt quickly to a change in plans with our uneven 1910 home floors! Floors were installed in 1 day and we could not be happier! Highly recommend working with Jackie and her team with all of your flooring needs!
We recently had LVP flooring installed throughout our entire first floor by Carpetland, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! Jake in sales was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect flooring for our home. The installation team, Jose and Santiago, did an amazing job—professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The floors look beautiful, and the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend Carpetland for quality products and top-notch service!
Jacalyn was very friendly and professional. She showed us many different styles and explained the differences in the carpeting. We took home four or five different sample pads and found what we liked. The installers did a good job of tearing out the old and putting down our new carpets. Very efficient use of time and cleanup. We're very happy with our new look carpeting and would recommend Carpetland USA very highly to anyone.
We waited a long time to get new carpeting and flinally went to Carpetland USA in Pewaukee. Mike Nielson patiently answered all our questions and helped us choose the best carpet for our home. Installation was scheduled and completed on the coldest day of the year with no complaints from the crew. They worked hard and took the time needed to get the details right, cleaned up and moved furniture back for us. We would definitely recommend them.
I did not have any problems at all. Michael Colon was my rep and he was wonderful to work with. He ensured that everything went as smooth as possible and it did. A big thank you to Michael!! Carpet installers were great too and the carpet looks great.
