Carpetland has been so wonderful in choosing a flooring for my home. Jake, the person I worked with, was respectful and accommodating to what I wanted and was interested in. He responded quickly to my texts and questions. It was so nice to have someone who took the time to meet with me and listen to me. The crew he sent out to put in the flooring were also very professional and on time!! They did a beautiful job of putting in my new vinyl flooring. This is a marvelous company to work with!
Was a little concerned since I have had some bad experiences with remodeling lately. BUT, best experience ever. I had back surgery recently so, Drew carried my flooring samples to my vehicle and even assisted me when I returned flooring samples. Installers were extremely friendly. I voiced some concerns I had but the installers explained everything and even showed me what they were doing to elevate my concerns. My husband and I had new floors installed on our entire first floor and these guys did an incredible job! They were in and out in 4 days, on time, responsive and were so fairly priced! The two men who installed our floors were so kind and answered all of our questions, and our floors turned out absolutely perfect! We will definitely use them for all of our flooring needs in the future. Thank you!
I worked with Mike Nielsen who helped me select vinyl plank flooring to replace the carpet I had in my bedrooms. The removal of my carpet and installation went very smoothly. The 2 men who did all of the work did a great job. I was very satisfied with my experience at Carpetland.
Found the flooring we wanted, priced well, quick filling of order and installation (Kris Weston worked with us to alter the schedule when another contractor needed extra time before the flooring went in). Installers did a superb job, were very helpful, and arrived everyday when they told us what time they would be to our house.
