Worked with Jake Sommer to help get carpet installed in our basement after having to replace it due to the flooding from the big August 2025 storm. Jake was able to work quickly to get a quote together that we could provide to insurance for their estimate and also provide the pros and cons on replacing with carpet vs LVP. The installation team arrived early in the morning and went right to work. They were efficient and kept us informed of their progress. We have installed new flooring in several rooms with Carpetland and have always been pleased with the installation process. Would recommend them highly to anyone thinking about a new floor.
We had our entire house redone in vinyl plank and it looks great. We were very happy with the entire process from planning to install. The installers were excellent and were very detailed. Making sure the subfloor was level and smooth for the new flooring. Great job
We had an amazing experience working with Jackie and Jose and his crew with Carpetland in the install of our new hard floors. They turned out amazing! Jackie was attentive to any questions we had and was very prompt in all of her communications. Jose and his team worked tirelessly throughout the day and were able to adapt quickly to a change in plans with our uneven 1910 home floors! Floors were installed in 1 day and we could not be happier! Highly recommend working with Jackie and her team with all of your flooring needs!
