Michael Colon was great to work with, he was helpful, efficient and kept in communication with us throughout the process. Our installers, Jose and his crew did a phenomenal job!! Troy was very helpful in helping us choose carpeting and flooing for our basement remodel project. Troy patiently answered all my questions and communicated often throughout my decision making process. Jose' and his installation crew were excellent. Very professional and friendly. They paid close attention to detail when installing our LVP and carpet. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We had a carpet installed from these guys in several rooms. Everyone was helpful. Troy was easy to work with and made sure thee entire project went smoothly. They were on time, Did exactly what we asked, and final product looked amazing. They also have reasonable prices. Will definitely use Carpetland again!
Jacalyn was the best salesperson we’ve had! She knew what to do to make it a smooth transition! Recommended her to my sister who needs carpet too. Installation was great! We purchased carpet for a room and hallway, and LVP for our Kitchen, Family Room, and half bath. Kris Weston did a fantastic job guiding us to the prefect product for our budget, and made the purchase process seamless and easy. Dwayne and his crew installed the floors, and they were awesome to work with. They went above and beyond to remedy some issues along the way, and took extra care to make sure the install was precise. The floors look great, and we are super happy with our all around experience with Carpet Land.
