Worked with Jake Sommer to help get carpet installed in our basement after having to replace it due to the flooding from the big August 2025 storm. Jake was able to work quickly to get a quote together that we could provide to insurance for their estimate and also provide the pros and cons on replacing with carpet vs LVP. I recently bought new carpet from Carpetland USA. Kris Weston was our salesman. He did a great job letting us browse and answering any questions we had. The installers did an awesome job. My husband used to lay carpet and is very picky. He was impressed with the job they did. Carpet looks great, no dings in the walls or woodwork and the stairs were done to perfection. The installation team arrived early in the morning and went right to work. They were efficient and kept us informed of their progress. We have installed new flooring in several rooms with Carpetland and have always been pleased with the installation process. Would recommend them highly to anyone thinking about a new floor.
Troy was very helpful in helping us choose carpeting and flooing for our basement remodel project. Troy patiently answered all my questions and communicated often throughout my decision making process. Jose' and his installation crew were excellent. Very professional and friendly.
