Jacob Hanley did an exceptional job helping me select carpet and setting up delivery and installation. He is knowledgeable, a great listener, customer-focused, and always professional. My project included two phases: 1) wall to wall in 2 rooms, runners with binding onsite for stairs and a hallway, and 2) an area rug in 1 room. We had an exceptional experience at Carpetland. We were always greeted by kind and friendly salespeople upon going back and forth with samples. Our sales person (Scott) was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about our project , outcome, and satisfaction. Our flooring project was completed in a timely manner with an exceptional Mannington product (LVP) - and the installers were great too! Highly recommend Carpetland!
