Jacob Hanley did an exceptional job helping me select carpet and setting up delivery and installation. He is knowledgeable, a great listener, customer-focused, and always professional. My project included two phases: 1) wall to wall in 2 rooms, runners with binding onsite for stairs and a hallway, and 2) an area rug in 1 room. Our sales person (Scott) was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about our project , outcome, and satisfaction.
