Jacob Hanley did an exceptional job helping me select carpet and setting up delivery and installation. He is knowledgeable, a great listener, customer-focused, and always professional. My project included two phases: 1) wall to wall in 2 rooms, runners with binding onsite for stairs and a hallway, and 2) an area rug in 1 room. The crew was on time, took our ideas and added some of their own to make our flooring perfect. We are happy with the whole procedure. Everyone we worked with or talked to treated us like family. A fine company to do business with.
This was my first, but not my last, visit to Carpetland USA Flooring, West Allis location. I was greeted by a very personal employee, Scott Seymour, who listened to what my interests were and directed me to the various locations in the store to investigate. I loved how he didn't hover at my every move but was available to answer any questions when I needed him. We had an exceptional experience at Carpetland. We were always greeted by kind and friendly salespeople upon going back and forth with samples. Our sales person (Scott) was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about our project , outcome, and satisfaction. Our flooring project was completed in a timely manner with an exceptional Mannington product (LVP) - and the installers were great too! Highly recommend Carpetland!
Patrick was patient and professional with all of the changes we made to our order for our massive basement remodel. We look forward to working with him again someday and encourage anyone shopping here to ask for him by name. The quality of the carpet and flooring we got is superb! We enjoyed browsing all of their options and won’t go anywhere else for our flooring needs.
