Cody is really great to work with! He is a really nice person and is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. He helped me with many design concepts on my new home build. His assistance in coordinating just the right carpet, LVT flooring and tile were definitely on-point! Their best installer, Bob, did a fantastic job as well!
My shower turned out perfectly!! It took me several visits to finally make a final decision on the finishes, but Cody was patient and accommodating the whole time! He never made me feel like I was being difficult or annoying. When we finally got the design down, Cody and his team worked hard to make sure it looked perfect! Just had a horrible experience with these so called flooring experts. Me and my wife just had a 10'x13' area rug made by them and after a couple weeks the edge binding came undone so my wife called them last week and was told to bring it in any time during store hours and they would repair it. Well today I took it in to them and was told to bring it back tomorrow because the warehouse was closed and she didn't feel comfortable taking it in. Exceptional customer service all through the beginning to end! Ordering thru the install, great respect, knowledge of product, and the installation crew! I Would've given 5 stars except for one thing. The order wasn't correct for the installation crew and I felt very bad for them. Material was correct, it was the moving of furniture, and stairs install was wrong on the order. The men adapted very professionally and performed an extraordinary job! I'll always go to carpets unlimited for all my flooring needs in the future!
I was sent to Cody after a water pipe bust in my home ruined my carpet. He has been amazing to work with! Picking out my flooring and keeping it within my budget was super easy. He has been readily available with any questions, even last minute ones with installers at the house. He made the entire process stress free.
