This review is long overdue. Our salesman Mark Earle was awesome. He was pleasant to work with no pressure. He sold us new flooring and carpet. We moved from out of state and the sellers were very difficult to work with. Mark coordinated with the delivery and installers to make sure all work was complete when we arrived. It truly was a nightmare that he went above and beyond to complete. The flooring is beautiful and the installation looks great. Thank you Mark we really appreciate you. Jerry and Holly
Everything was perfect. Cathi is amazing and answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect flooring. Also the installers did an excellent job. I am very particular and there wasn’t anything that I wasn’t satisfied with. I’m a bit late with my review, since my floor was installed in February. It has been several months and I still love it.
