Kellie at Carriage House, Steubenville, Ohio, was exceptional. She gave my uncle and I a tour of the facility, clearly giving details of Assisted Living. My uncle is 88, so this wasn’t an easy transition for him to consider, but necessary. I’m happy that he will be moving in, soon. Kellie is very knowledgeable, kind and great at communication. We both liked the facility, but loved Kellie. She’s such an asset to the organization.
