Everyone there is friendly and helpful and I have enjoyed living in my both my old and new apartment, since both are with Carriage Place Apartments. Thank you to the maintaince and office staff.
I am pleased with my apartment so far. It is quiet. The staff is friendly. It still need a little cleaning but not bad over all. I would recommend it.
Tge staff are highly unfriendly. You can not work on your vehicles or other projects. They charge you if you throw a little out of the ordinary for trash. Like I am talkin huge sums. Like 75 or 80 bucks for emptying a small bookbag or box size of trash in quantity from a car. Random popcans n stuff. The place is reduculus and waaaaaay over priced for the qulity of life here. I moved in about 6 months ago. When I first came to see about Carriage Place the staff was very welcoming. Then when I moved in the few things that I found wrong were fixed almost immediately; the maintenance guys are awesome! The Carriage Place staff was a major deciding factor in choosing to stay here, which is further away from my work than my other option. I would give zero stars if it was possible. We have lived here for a month now. Within the first two weeks we were being constantly harrassed and falsely accused of having/smoking marijuana, to where the cops came to our apartment, even they said there was no odor in or coming from the apartment and found nothing to prove otherwise, and then shortly after that we were being threatened with eviction, again with no proof. It took them three weeks to fix our hot water, about two and a half weeks to fix our closet door. They als... read more
