Maintenance man Doug was so kind an did a really good job on my bathtub faucet
I moved in about 6 months ago. When I first came to see about Carriage Place the staff was very welcoming. Then when I moved in the few things that I found wrong were fixed almost immediately; the maintenance guys are awesome! The Carriage Place staff was a major deciding factor in choosing to stay here, which is further away from my work than my other option. I would give zero stars if it was possible. We have lived here for a month now. Within the first two weeks we were being constantly harrassed and falsely accused of having/smoking marijuana, to where the cops came to our apartment, even they said there was no odor in or coming from the apartment and found nothing to prove otherwise, and then shortly after that we were being threatened with eviction, again with no proof. It took them three weeks to fix our hot water, about two and a half weeks to fix our closet door. They als... read more
I have lived here for 9 months and I have enjoyed every moment of it. The small staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make the residents' lives as comfortable as possible. They are a pet loving staff. When I adopted my dog, they were more than willing to help me with the process and welcomed him with great enthusiasm. The property manager and leasing officer are always free to answer any questions or just to talk. They will work with you to get everything lined up to move in and sign your lease.
I like living at Carriage Place. This is my first apartment living experience and never had a negative moment. Maintenance is the best. I locked my keys in my apartment on thanksgiving day, and I only waited 30 minutes and I was back in my apartment. I have a nice 900 square foot 2 bedroom apartment with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom(something I didn't expect in an apartment).
