Patients beware and make sure you understand your benefits before signing anything and paying. Classic case of bait and switch…we were told they took our insurance and then when the insurance did not cover as much as they originally said they sent us a bill for the balance. We spoke to our insurance and we were told they were NOT in network when they told my daughter they were. As always, I received first class service from the entire staff, the hygienist, and the doctor. We discovered this practice many years ago and have been loyal and happy patients ever since. We could not be more pleased.
I used to hate going to the dentist, but my experience is always great at Dr Muzney’s office. I always request Ivan because he is very gentle and always has a smile on his face. Plus the great discussions we have.
You get what you pay for. It is a top-tier business. They run on time, they employ excellent hygienists and dentists and you leave with the best care you could possibly get. I will bargain shop for lots of things but not my teeth. I want the best for my teeth and this is it.
Ms April has been taking care of my dental hygiene for years. April is absolutely the best in her field and has made a huge difference in my health. She is always so positive and friendly - she is great ambassador for your company. Jim
