Love where I live!!! My experience with Carson Hills Apartments has been nothing short of excellent since the day I made a quick stop just to take a look at the Apartments. The entire staff, but specifically Alex, has always been polite, respectful, understanding and most of all professional. Management Are Corporate Bullies I'm glad to be out of this place after eight months. The only good thing I can say is that the apartments are newly (albeit cheaply) built. There is not nearly enough parking for the number of units in the complex. The package hub is also far too small so half of our packages were delivered to the office instead. Management is AWFUL, apartments are fine The actual apartments are fine but there is very very limited parking. You also don’t have access to your entire unit, their are portions, like the door to the water heater, that are completely inaccessible. The features are great when they actually work, but it takes a while once your moved in for everything to work.
