Just received our new Rookie golf cart for my boyfriend's birthday. Chris Bouthner was my sales rep and he was so nice. He helped me throughout the entire process. Class act! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! online says they have 3 locations but it seems like no matter which one you call it goes to the same person. A spoke with a very rude man named James I believe. I thought I was calling the different locations to see if they had anything in stock. After finding out they didn't, I asked a second time to make sure they could order a 6 seater. He then proceeded to ask in a derogatory tone "didn't you just call?" Yes, mind you this was 5 hours later and thinking I was calling a different location.... read more
Looking around I found that this was absolutely the best price for a great quality product. Also in house financing!! Highly recommend.
