Nikki Barnes was wonderful. We went in for a single cart, and ended up buying two for the business. She was smart, knowledgeable and helpful. We needed assistance with a warranty issue. The next day we heard from the factory and resolved the issue. I can’t believe how on top of things that Cart Nation is, and Nikki is the first point of contact. Before walking in to the store we had already made our minds on another company to purchase our cart from. After talking with Nikki our minds were changed.
Excellent experience! Nikki is super knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole ordering process. Product quality of the Beast 48 is outstanding. Definitely recommend.
