Had an absolutely awesome experience with this process. Snooped around the last couple of days/week, and got a message and information from Josh, but by no means was he pushy in his approach. I was in the 1-3 month buying stage and Josh put zero pressure whatsoever, only answered my questions promptly and with respect.
