We had a fantastic experience working with Ron at the Wichita, Kansas location! He provided excellent service paid attention to every last detail. Communication was great throughout the entire process of our custom order and our cart arrived right on time exactly as we had hoped.. Thanks again Ron we love our new W7XL.
Ron has been such a wonderful help with our Whisper experience. I wish it had turned out better. Through no fault of his there was going to be an extremely long delay getting our specialty cart which was not acceptable. He helped us make it right.
Ron was exceptionally patient with us non technical folk. He explained everything great and kept us informed on the progress of the build process.
Ron was great! Had oem issue and he caught it before took delivery and he wouldn’t let us have until perfect and I appreciate that greatly!
Ron is always a pleasure to deal with and he always gives you his most information as he can possibly give you
