I absolutely love living at the Carter Apartments! Located just a 10-minute walk from Old Town, the convenience of having great restaurants and bars nearby without being in the midst of the nightlife is perfect. The complex itself is modern and well-maintained, which was a significant factor in my decision to move here. My best friend lives at The Carter, and every time I visit, it feels like I’m checking into a resort. The common areas are always super spotless and beautifully maintained, and the homes themselves are super cozy and inviting, it’s easy to feel at home here. I’ve lived at The Carter Apartments for about three years now, and I can confidently say it’s the best place to live in all of Scottsdale, honestly, in all of Arizona. The apartments themselves are top-notch, but what really sets this place apart are the amenities and the community vibe. Love living at the Carter! We’re going on our 3rd year living here and we couldn’t be happier!! Jaime and Jennifer are wonderful and have always been available to answer all of our questions! The whole team is great. The property is gorgeous and the community event are always a blast! I highly recommend moving into the Carter.
I came to visit my brother over Thanksgiving and this place was so nice! I got to use the gym, coffee machine, and pool! Never thought I’d be swimming in November but the pool is heated! It was a nice getaway from the 40 degree weather back home. I might consider moving to Scottsdale after graduating and Carter will be at the top of the list. My brother has lived here for 6 months and he’s really happy. Management is doing a great job here.
