Very friendly and helpful! I would definitely come back to them again, if ever needed. The app they use to be in contact with clients makes everything very easy and efficient. All the people on my team were very patient and helpful throughout the process of my car accident. The process was explained in detail every step of the way, and the line of communication was always open if I had to get a hold of them. Would definitely recommend Carter Mario to friends and family in need in the future!
Couldn’t be Happier with this Law Firm. Like everything there is always a bump here and there but Cristy my case manager was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I must have called her 2-3 times a week for 2 years and she was always pleasant and answered all my questions/concerns .even though my case is settled now I’ll probably still call her every once in a while to say hello 😄 My Attorney Tony was also EXCELLENT!!
