I had a few cases handled by them very good but the last one made me feel cheated of a settlement that I was assured to me several times by the lawyer but then when I had to sign the paperwork at the offfice it was greatly diminished only at that moment was I informed of a very significant reduction excuse then later I received a curt rude text message I assume from the case manager in what seems to be intimidation tactics to cover their errors or lack of concern
