On my visits friendly,upbeat,sometimes a wait but dealing with teeth you can't rush. The staff is helpful and are team players when assisting others and each other's. Nice atmosphere and very clean. I really like the staff and the aiken location. In and out in about 30mins. There is a location in north augusta hadn't had any visit at that location.
My experience is very awesome. There's a very warm-hearted, caring stuff . I like that they're willing to go the extra mile to help straighten and prevent shifting in every smile .😃
BE CAREFUL OF THE ORTHODONIST YOU CHOOSE! Backstory: I had braces around 12/13 years of age. My orthodontist at the time with Tucker Orthodontist in Aiken, SC, he is amazing by the way. . Around 2016/2017, I decided that I wanted to replace my old school metal retainer with a new Invisalign type retainer.
