This place is absolutely the worst place you could ever send a loved one. As soon as you walk in it smells of urine. There are patients in wheel chairs all over the halls just sitting there, unattended. The staff bring their kids to work with them daily. Majority of the staff are very rude to each other, patients, and visitors. The building is old, unmaintained, and falling apart. Patients are left alone for long periods of time, resulting in them trying to move on their own and falling out of bed or out of the wheelchair. T... read more

The absolute worst nursing home I have ever been in, I had a family member in short term skilled nursing for 11 days and it was the most horrible experience ever. PT at 5 am, medicine at different times every day, food was horrid. She lost 10 lbs while there. Never ever go there. No chair to sit in, bed only, over 2 hours to get help to the bathroom, which in turn they decided to put her in a diaper because they didn't want to help her. The staff there was very friendly and very helpful. I only had problem with one : Carol. He was very rude and had no qualms about Letting me know that I was inconveniencing her. That was from the first interaction Until now. When I finally decided to record her, human resources is very quick to act and apologize for her attitude. And let me know that disciplinary action will be taken. She said Carol will have to Go through retraining, he will have a permanent Notation in her file, and they will have to go over all the polic... read more

Wish we could give this place 0 stars. Our loved one had a stroke and can not speak yet or use his right side to move, the nurses there were so negligent in taking care of him or helping him get changed that he tried to take it upon himself at 1am because they failed to do so during the day time. He fell and got a brain bleed and had to be rushed back to Upstate Hospital. Come to find out this is the 4th time he has fallen in 2 days because they are that negligent. The Social Worker Paul is absolutely horrible. He will call the family members names. He refuses to set up support staffing. Saying it's not his job !! Watch out Private Insurance. They will ""Try" to scam you out of your savings if you're not paying attention. The best part is the minute your love one leaves the bed. Their hands are washed.
