After recently purchasing a home I found your companies info on the breaker box in the garage, I assumed since your company installed our system, I would contact your company to maintain it, and I was very pleased with my decision. Chris s. Was wonderful! He came out quick to help us with our A/C unit. He even took the time to walk us through the settings on our thermostat in case we had more trouble. He was very friendly and even played with our kitty while here. Best technician I've ever dealt with.
I moved into my 1st home August 2023 and don’t have much knowledge on the features to the home especially the HVAC system. I reached out on 5/30/24 @6:30pm via text not really knowing this company but the prompt return call was phenomenal. I had a problem come up with my AC system and Chris S. came to check it out for me same day on a Saturday even though it was his day off. The company wouldn’t have had anyone able to come out for two days, but the office receptionist McKenzie called Chris S to let him know the situation and he came within two hours of my call.
