I really enjoy the security of this storage facility. The keypad entry with a personal PIN code makes me feel safe and confident that my belongings are protected.
Casa has worked so well with me. They are one of the few places that understand life happens and you store your stuff because it is important to you. They have been kind and friendly the whole 2 years I have been with them. The facility is very nice. They had a concern about my unit and contacted me about it to resolve the issue (I had not yet put a lock on it) so they are monitoring. Awesome place.
I've had a unit here for a few years. The new owners have really put an effort into sprucing it up and keeping the whole storage complex cleaned up,the keypad is always functional now,they have great pricing and i love their customer service. Plus, when I switched my payment method and it didn't post to my account, Dawn called me personally to make sure everything was OK and helped me fix it. I have been renting from Casa de storage for over a year now . I have always received great service . When I need anything their manager is fast & friendly. They have competitive pricing and good location . Secure and property is maintained well . I recommend Casa de Storage to anyone needing a little extra space .
