Ever since they change their payment systems and the company past few months ago they have not been really grateful in the payment services ever since. Casa has worked so well with me. They are one of the few places that understand life happens and you store your stuff because it is important to you. They have been kind and friendly the whole 2 years I have been with them. The facility is very nice. They had a concern about my unit and contacted me about it to resolve the issue (I had not yet put a lock on it) so they are monitoring. Awesome place.
I've had a unit here for a few years. The new owners have really put an effort into sprucing it up and keeping the whole storage complex cleaned up,the keypad is always functional now,they have great pricing and i love their customer service. Plus, when I switched my payment method and it didn't post to my account, Dawn called me personally to make sure everything was OK and helped me fix it.
