I had a great experience with Cascade Glass Co., from the first contact, I received a prompt reply, and a appointment was arranged to look at the scope of our project and he arrived "on-time" and we received a quote the same day. We are very happy with the service and quality of work provided by Cascade Glass. All aspects of our window replacement projects went very well. The windows were delivered and installed in a timely manner by two people who clearly knew what they were doing and who had done this many, many times before. I would highly recommend Cascade Glass to any homeowners who need windows installed.
I was totally impressed by Cascade, every step of the way. When I initially called them, a real live associate answered the phone and was very helpful, and subsequent calls were just as efficient. Making an appt was a snap, and their estimator showed up at our door precisely on time. Ordering repair parts was easy, and they arrived in about a week. Cascade Glass was the third glass company I had to my house to replace a glass shower enclosure. They should have been my first. I had a bid within 24 hours (I never heard from the other 2 companies again) and a new shower door installed in 2 weeks. I will never go anywhere for glass again!
I had a glass desk top that was damaged. I called several glass companies to try and find someone to look at it, see what could be done to fix some chipped areas. Cascade glass was the only company out of 7 that I called that offered to look at the desk top. I dropped it off. They sanded the jagged edge where it was damaged and when I went to pay they told me not to worry about it. They said it hardly took anytime to sand down the edges.
