The employee "Renee" is incompetent and exhibits terrible customer service. Training is needed!! I should have known over the phone call, but when I came in and seen her in a bonnet and some pajama pants 🤦🏽 I knew then.

Wonderful Staff, Jalessa and Valerie have to be an asset to this company. They are always extremely nice and great me by name when I come in to make a payment or call with a question. Most companies are missing the great customer service but these ladies are exceptional. Way to go ladies!!!!
