Castaway is my go-to!! Women owned, a consistently friendly staff, and exceptional service.Been meaning to leave a review for quite some time, as I’ve been more than satisfied with every experience here. Tonight, Cheyenne helped me at the window and she was so sweet. She even gifted me a free battery after I told her mine died! The employees here always go above and beyond for their guests & it doesn’t go unnoticed! Consider me a regular customer. :)
Honestly this lower review is just because y’all decided to update the POS and it’s caused a headache the last several times we have put in our bi-monthly order. We have been coming to Castaway since its inception and have never ever had any issues. Staff is always amazing like, AMAZING, but the system update? Boo. The website is unnavigable and frustrating.
Staff were really nice, nice atmosphere, great place. Definitely need a fishtank or something to really complete the look but that's just me. All around great experience and will definitely be coming back!
Great employees they are always willing to help find the perfect strain high in terpenes, also good prices on concentrates ! 9/10 , I would say 10/10 if you were to hire me and give me a chance to show you the knowledge and skills I have in this industry! Anyways the drive through is also AWESOME & very convenient!
Honestly they're very friendly, very informative, and will even attempt to recommend products based off what you're buying. I had the privilege of dealing with Cheyenne P. my last visit and EVERYTHING she recommended was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
