First & last time I’ll be going to Castaway. 1. This is the 1st & ONLY dispo I’ve been to that doesn’t give any 1st time customer discount if you sign up for rewards. 2. They had an offer on the screen for a “free” preroll (that ACTUALLY cost $5), when you spend $50 (I spent over $100…) and they didn’t tell me OR correct me when I thought it was FREE & just went ahead and charged me!! As always, amazing service from the castaway crew! Taylor was super friendly and had some absolute bangers playing on aux when I came in!! Always love to pay a visit especially when they send me the deals through text message and let me know when I can save a few dollars! Would highly recommend to anybody in the area as well because they offer a local discount (that I of course have to take advantage of myself haha) thank you guys for being so welcoming and chill!
I really enjoy this place! It’s always extremely clean, and I appreciate the 10% discount I receive each visit. The customer service is outstanding. That said, the new website could use some improvement. There are several issues that make it frustrating to use. For example, my past orders were removed, I can no longer filter by specific feelings, and the price filter toggle isn’t functioning correctly. But other than that, I highly recommend this place. Plus, it's only five minutes away from my house.
Castaway always has great deals going on and I enjoy the atmosphere inside. Mary gives great suggestions and gets me exactly what I'm looking for. Mary is the absolute nicest and most knowledgeable! Always a great experience.
Erika was fantastic during my first visit. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain products and effects in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be back.
