I really enjoy this place! It’s always extremely clean, and I appreciate the 10% discount I receive each visit. The customer service is outstanding. That said, the new website could use some improvement. There are several issues that make it frustrating to use. For example, my past orders were removed, I can no longer filter by specific feelings, and the price filter toggle isn’t functioning correctly. But other than that, I highly recommend this place. Plus, it's only five minutes away from my house.
First & last time I’ll be going to Castaway. 1. This is the 1st & ONLY dispo I’ve been to that doesn’t give any 1st time customer discount if you sign up for rewards. 2. They had an offer on the screen for a “free” preroll (that ACTUALLY cost $5), when you spend $50 (I spent over $100…) and they didn’t tell me OR correct me when I thought it was FREE & just went ahead and charged me!! Mary is hands down the best budtender I’ve ever worked with! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to ask the right questions, explained different strains and products in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase instead of rushed. Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products to help my sick husband and myself. She was very kind and aware of our concerns for people who have never used these types of products. She went over all of the benefits and what to expect for first time users. Taylor was very patient and understanding of our situation and had great knowledge to help make the best decision for us
As always, amazing service from the castaway crew! Taylor was super friendly and had some absolute bangers playing on aux when I came in!! Always love to pay a visit especially when they send me the deals through text message and let me know when I can save a few dollars! Would highly recommend to anybody in the area as well because they offer a local discount (that I of course have to take advantage of myself haha) thank you guys for being so welcoming and chill!
