Amazing experience! I needed to replace broken cheap casters from some Amazon racks, and Andy and the rest of the team were so great! Measured 3 times to make sure the bolts would work, put the wheels together for me, and all super friendly and kind! Would absolutely recommend!
Best customer service ever! Steve was awesome, super knowledgeable, patient and friendly! Would 100% come back to this location.
This place is incredible! Steve solved my issue I had for months in no less than five minutes Super grateful to have found this great store!
Unbelievably helpful. I was ready to give up on finding a replacement wheel for my dolly, but they weren't having it. Found me an oddball wheel that'll work perfectly. Thanks so much!
Best place in Calgary for casters and related equipment. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful staff. Steve Turner is an outstanding sales and customer service rep. This is the place to go to in Calgary.
