If you wonder if ‘good old fashioned service’ still exists, well from my experience with Casterland, it does! I phoned Casterland this morning because I needed a 1 ¼ inch ball bearing to use as a tool to install some 1”grommets. Adam answered the phone, and he immediately knew how to help me. He had a part that had a ball bearing, within an encasement. He broke off the encasement for me so that I had just the ball bearing that I needed. Rob and crew fitted me with casters better than stick on my mechanic wheeled chair for my home garage. They work great rolling around on the concrete inside n outside my garage. Thank you Rob and crew.
Rob was absolutely amazing! I brought in my Father's old wooden desk chair from the 50s, he found the best wheels and even installed them for me. The owners were also very friendly!

Huge shoutout to Adam who helped me with my mobility needs. I thought I was going to have to buy a new lift for my motorcycle but Adam took the time to help me design a new mounting bracket to make my lift work once again. The caster/wheel configuration he came up with made my lift move effortlessly and I couldn't be happier with his level of knowledge and customer service. A+++
