RecommendedI am very new to the area, so I found Castle Hills ER nearby when I suddenly needed medical attention. When I got there, I was checked in efficiently and seen immediately by their staff. The care that I received was top-notch and the attention that I received from all of the staff when I asked questions or felt anxious could not have been better. Terrible experience!! Rude and unprofessional. I was told when I arrived to drive around to the back under the ambulance bay. Evidently I drove around to the side where there was nothing indicating 'ambulance', I have no idea what a bay is. So I parked directly in the line of sight of the back of the building in the library parking lot next door. They had my vehicle description and they had my phone number. Improved communicational training for Doctor Ahmed Khan who was insensitive, condescending & rude! Nurses & Receptionist were great, they were professional, kind & sensitive!
Went for a rapid antigen test. Supposed to have results in 15-30 minutes. It took three hours. Doctors/nurses were rude.
