My provider NP Flores has been great so far. She takes the time to understand your concerns and explains complex issues clearly. Feedback for the practice - inside has been recently remodeled and looks great however walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING in adjacent rooms. Really need some white noise machines
NP Flores was Knowledgeable and thorough. I felt heard and well taken care of. I’ve been in search of a new family practicing and will be establishing care here after such a great experience. My appointment was on time, handled well and I was well informed on what was being ordered for me.
I am truly so grateful that I found this practice on zocdoc. NP Flores was so friendly and an incredible listener. I have seen countless doctors in the past years and none of them have taken my symptoms seriously. NP Flores was the first to actually listen to me and immediately ordered me a handful of tests that previous doctors refused. I'm happy to have her as my new PCP now and I would recommend her to anyone, especially to women.
This was just my first visit to this clinic. But the PA I saw was great. She had great bedside manner, listened to me, explained things very well. They have a lab on site for bloodwork so I didn't have to go somewhere else. Fantastic visit, they will definitely be my new PCP.
Been with Dr.San Jana for a year upon recommendation by a close friend. Both myself and daughter. We are so happy and appreciate of the progress we have both have done this year. The Nurse Practitioners and staff are very supportive and helpful. Due to our Diabetes, the help and tools that this practice has recommended for our well being is above and beyond ! Thank you so much.
