I didn’t feel confident about their care. Also, they charged me for an annual physical even though my insurance covers 100% of my annual physical. The nurse said she’d have to Google something related to my care. Overall, just didn’t feel confident.
The doctor was a condescending joke, Spoke down to me, Did not feel that he listened to my medical concerns. When trying to fill prescription, he made it extremely difficult. They did not send one of my prescriptions then, when I called, nobody would send the prescription. Nobody would get back to me about the missing prescription. The practice is a joke. The doctor is a jerk. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a medical setting.
I'd give no star absolutely the worst experience. ROSE front desk was extremely rude rolled eyes and spoke loudly with a coworker in regards to having to call the insurance to verify benefits... Ridiculous please don't waste your time at this location.. if you have care service please inform the doctors in regards to his front desk staff... puts a horrible face to the facility.... I didn't get past the reception information desk rude rude rude!!!!
Nurse Practitioner Alexa Chrisos was knowledgeable and taught me some of the medical process and procedures related to my concern. She asked appropriate questions and went out of her way to understand my previous experiences before authorizing certain medications. I will not hesitate returning to her if I require further treatment.
Dr.Chrisos is the absolute best I wish I found her a long time ago! She genuinely cares about you as a person and talking to her feels like talking to an old friend. So happy to have her as my Dr!
