Doctor is great and knowledgeable. The front office person is rude, and smug about charging as much as possible to your insurance. Nurses don’t know how to do their job, and consistently miss things.
Nurse Practitioner Alexa Chrisos was knowledgeable and taught me some of the medical process and procedures related to my concern. She asked appropriate questions and went out of her way to understand my previous experiences before authorizing certain medications. I will not hesitate returning to her if I require further treatment.
This was just my first new patient visit at the stone oak location. Dr. Sanjana is a great doctor, I love he doesn’t rush to put a label on anything until he has the information he needs and how he explains everything well. His office staff and nurses are great and friendly too.
NP Chrisos, shows attention to detail. I needed help with all the effects the allergens had introduced. She thoroughly reviewed my chart finding similarly adverse time in the past. She was decisive in her approach while going over various options and helping me steer toward the approach moat appropriate for me. Her process was always to find what worked in the past and what didn't.
I switched to Cigna and this new practice opened under Dr. Sanjana so I decided to see them for the first time. While it can be hidden away with no major signage, the office is quickly coming together. Because its small and new though, Dr. Sanjana is very thorough and took care of all my concerns quickly compared to a bigger/older office.
