An outstanding team of professionals here, local people who happen to enjoy their work. My dentist Dr. Russell, a former Navy dentist, and his assistant Nikkie, are a perfect team. I feel comfortable here and cared about as a person, not only a patient, which is the primary reason I am calling out this dentist office. I do not know where to begin. I hate dentist visits, for that I haven't seen a dentist in years. So let me tell you when I first came in, my teeth were in bad shape. I had a few cavities, I needed 2 root canals, and a shattered tooth. First visit... Dr K introduced herself, and we spoke. She's funny and witty, but made me feel comfortable. Absolutely wonderful service from this dental office. The dental care is excellent and most important (to me) is the help I've gotten from the billing office to help manage our dental insurance, so we are getting everything we are supposed to from my aunt's dental plan and not overpaying out of pocket. Always easy to get someone on the phone to help with any issue. Highly recommend!

I would strongly advise against returning to this place, as I have been informed afterwards about being placed on this " " Which is missing appointments the fact that they can cancel or change your appointment without notice Is ok. If you cancel or miss appointments too many times, the receptionist very rudely will put you on a " ," without even speaking to you which requires you to call every day in hopes of getting squeezed in. Went to an appointment in the office in Catskill for a loose implant. 2 x rays and 10 minutes later was informed they could not determine the problem, and recommended I see the dentist that had installed it. $120. waste, very inexperienced Dr. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

I have been a patient of this office for over 20 years and no more. Seems at every recent visit I was seen by a new dentist. I was developing a problem and the latest female dentist spoke broken english and laughed about a loose tooth I had even taking a video of it on her phone. Who knows where that ended up. What happened to privacy?

Dental care was erratic. For several years, my care was from an employee dentist (not a partner) and this woman did as little as possible in the coldest manner imaginable. I rejoiced when she left the practice. Thereupon, I was given over to one of the partners, an elderly dentist who seemed to have no encompassing plan regarding my dental health.
