You’re not going to find a better team to help with mortgages and refinancing. You can trust them to have your best interest in mind and they work super hard to get you the best financing available. I couldn’t recommend a team higher than Jonathan’s team. Stop looking. You’ve found the best.

Look no further for mortgage help!
As a first-time home buyer, I was already overwhelmed with the house hunt, let alone figuring out how to pay for it. I have lot of confidence in referrals from friends who have needed the same services, and Jonathan Easley came in highly referred! Not only is he a whiz at mortgage stuff, he's also a very easy person to talk to and will spend all the time necessary to get you all the information you need so you can be comfortable in your decision.
We spoke to several other lenders during the process, most of which would never even call me back, and some others offered rates that were much higher than I was expecting. Jonathan answered the phone every time I called and even proactively reached out to me with more explanations, rate drops, and document requests.
The mortgage process is a big undertaking - don't let anyone tell you it's easy. It takes weeks, with tons of documents and signatures needed. Jonathan literally held our hand through the entire process and made it as comfortable and easy going as a mortgage can get.

I've used Jonathan and the team at Catalyst repeatedly over the course of the last 4 years, having done dozens of transactions with them I can say with confidence that they're the best in the business. Communicative, timely and customer focused, there's a reason why when it came time to purchase my own home they were my first phone call.

I have been a Mortgage Lender at Catalyst Lending for 5 years and I really enjoy who I work for! If I have a question, I know who to go to and I always get it answered. We have many options available as a company and that is greatly appreciated when working with such a large market! Great Job Catalyst :)

Catalyst Lending, their processor, Nicole Bramley, and Loan Officer, Karen Card have renewed my faith in the lending industry. After over 65 days in Escrow, three lenders later...Catalyst came along and saved the day. Absolutely seamless process. Throughout the process I received nothing short of 5 star service every step of the way. I will never use anyone else for my lending needs.
