Legitimately terrible housing run on pure greed and evil. Maintenance takes forever which is especially problematic as something new will break every month. The heating will stop working and they will have the audacity ask you if you have tried to increase the number on the thermostat... bruh Everything in this building is incredibly expensive despite cutting corners in every conceivable way. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Constant construction noises almost every day, disrespectful management staff, extremely slow maintenance and constant issues with heating during wintertime. Not to mention absolutely ridiculous prices for rent, when the building is almost fully empty. Would not recommend.
DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT！！ This is by far the worst student apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve studied abroad for over a decade, and this is the smallest and most uncomfortable student housing experience I’ve had. First of all, the rent is charged based on the floor level. For example, a studio on the 6th floor costs $200 more per month than a 1B1B unit on the 4th floor. On top of that, the monthly rent is about $500 higher than similar apartments in the area. Joke of a property, seriously. $2600 for the most cheaply constructed building ever. Appliances break, heat constantly stops working, maintenance takes forever. My microwave broke within the first week of living there. you dont even get a full size stove. the millisecond you turn off the heat the apartment becomes freezing again bc windows leak cold air. Some apartments leak from the ceiling. Still can't get packages from USPS. the entrance to the building was broken for like two weeks. Seriously, these people can't even fix... read more
Literally the worst place I have ever leased in my entire life. If you have a heating problem or any problem, be prepared to wait a month to get it fixed (or not fixed at all). The price was hilariously high, considering the poor quality of the units and other facilities. The previous rating is absolutely right on the utility bill; we turned everything off and used energy-efficient lighting, and our electric bill is still 400 USD a month!!!
