Catherine is always a “little bit late” for the appointment (5-10 mins) She appears to be very thorough, very attentive to follow-up items (BP), while I am more concerned with effectiveness of medications on mood and state of mind. Initially I felt she was more on medication reducing campaign, versus acknowledging my mental status. That has somewhat improved
I am very appreciative of Ms Giello. She is helping me a great deal. I highly recommend her services.
