Poor communication. I did not have direct access to the therapist. I had to go through a person who messages the therapist. No contact info to communicate to therapist. I had technical issues the therapist did not call me or communicate to resolve the issue. I stopped seeing her because her style and lack of communication. I do not recommend this company because of their inefficient system that hinders a therapeutic relationship.
