While regularly being scheduled for Friday evenings was not ideal, I accepted that that was when the provider had availability. Unfortunately, while I verbally confirmed the date and time of my appointment with the provider before placing a reminder on my calendar, the provider or their staff must have entered a different time than discussed. Poor communication. I did not have direct access to the therapist. I had to go through a person who messages the therapist. No contact info to communicate to therapist. I had technical issues the therapist did not call me or communicate to resolve the issue. I stopped seeing her because her style and lack of communication. I do not recommend this company because of their inefficient system that hinders a therapeutic relationship.
I always have a great session with the therapist. She always listens and provides great insight
