) My therapist is very good at what she does. I used to be able to reach her voice mail with a local number. Now it goes to a representative and you are screened. If something doesn't add up on paper, they won't put you through even though the therapist told you to call and leave a message. The mental health side is good. The business side is way out of touch with the patients. Representatives are not well trained to deal with patients.
My therapist is wonderful. She listens And it seems as though she truly cares. Her advice is always on point, and she really pays Attention when I speak to her.
Kind and caring staff, highly recommend.
