I feel incredibly lucky to have Catherine as a therapist. She fits incredibly well with my needs. Catherine is supportive, caring, understanding, constructive, patient, and sincere but she also challenges me. I never feel uncomfortable discussing my concerns and I definitely never feel judged. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Cathy for, jeez, almost 4 years now. It’s funny how, as you work through things and spend the time it takes to get yourself to a better place, you don’t always realize the progress you’ve made until you really stop and reflect on where you used to be. It really is a marathon, not a sprint, and Cathy has been an integral part of that marathon for me.
