Catherine has been thorough and knowledgeable from the first day I met with her. Updated July 2025: Ms. Russell is kind and compassionate. Loves people and animals. Listens without judgment. Knows the trauma we carry. Gives good advice and medicine. When your appointment is over you'll wish for more time. Great person to talk to on your mental health journey. Can't recommend her highly enough. Take care of yourself in 2025 and beyond.
Catherine Russell of LifeStance is an awesome therapist, she makes you feel like a friend. She does judge you. She listens and gives input without making you feel bad about anything you’re going through. I recommend this practice.
