Catherine Russell is fantastic. She listens and engages in conversation. Catherine listens and isnt afraid to adjust doses down or up depending on your situation. She definitely has a friend vibe. Were as some dr's just want to get you out of the office fast. I highly recommend her!

Catherine has been thorough and knowledgeable from the first day I met with her. I can’t say enough great things about LifeStance. I have been going to LifeStance for decades. Dr. Catherine Russell has been my Psychiatrist for years and she is amazing. She is a great listener, makes me feel heard, and always makes me feel so much better after each appointment. DR. Russell always makes herself available when I’ve needed her. Dr. Russell truly cares about her patients (my experience). If you are looking for mental health treatment, LifeStance is absolutely fantastic! Recommend 100%!!!
