Catherine has been thorough and knowledgeable from the first day I met with her. I was very anxious and scared to have any diagnosis, so it was very important that we discussed everything thoroughly before coming to a conclusion. She took the time to set my anxiety at ease while not making me feel like I was asking too many questions. Catherine Russell of LifeStance is an awesome therapist, she makes you feel like a friend. She does judge you. She listens and gives input without making you feel bad about anything you’re going through. I recommend this practice.

Updated July 2025: Ms. Russell is kind and compassionate. Loves people and animals. Listens without judgment. Knows the trauma we carry. Gives good advice and medicine. When your appointment is over you'll wish for more time. Great person to talk to on your mental health journey. Can't recommend her highly enough. Take care of yourself in 2025 and beyond.

I have had nothing but care and compassion from Ms. Russell (NP) at Life Stance. Making appointments is simple and she is always on time . I will continue with her services as long as needed .

It was my first appointment with Catherine. My anxiety was high because I didn’t want to have to start with someone new. I also have a hard time opening up and talking. Catherine immediately took the lead and made me more comfortable.
