I have been very pleased with the service and the results of my work with Kat for the last 2years. I have become more confident and believe in myself more than ever. She seems to know what I need to hear, what I need to face to begin loving myself for who I am. She saved me from myself. I honestly think that therapy should be a priority in life with all the complications of the world today. I wish I would have done this sooner.
