The kindness every single staff member has is unrivaled. Dr.Abel stayed late to help me with an emergency on our first ever visit and directed me where I needed to go for the best care when they were not equipped to handle it. I am forever grateful. Now, 7 years later, new pet. My dog never fears the vet because of just how much love and care they have for the pets.
10/10 do NOT recommend taking your eye off of your dog if yours is a sneaky one like ours and gets into everything he finds at the beach…but 1000/10 recommend this animal hospital. Just a daily walk on the beach turned living nightmare...Our jack russel managed to get a fish hook stuck in his mouth while playing at the beach. The staff are incredible. The office is nice and clean. We had to say goodbye to our cat last year and the staff were so nice while giving us time to grieve. They explained the process and treated our cat with dignity through his last moments. I will never forget the kindness and professionalism of the staff during that traumatic time. I take my other cat there and they are super friendly to me and her. I will highly recommend them for pet care!!
Dr Smith and her team are incredible. They truly treat our pets like family and I am so grateful to have found them. From starting the care process with our new kitties, to wonderfully caring for our high needs first cat - Dr Smith and her team have earned an immense amount of trust with our furry family. Hands down the best vet clinic in Long Beach. Very reasonable prices, a kind staff, and knowledgeable vets. Our dog always see Dr. Perrault. This clinic does not try to charge you for anything your pet doesn't absolutely need.They are hospitable and kind, and will answer any questions you have.
