I was just in the store today and was overcharged for part of my purchase. Bought a Bick 4 boot conditioner, the bottle said 12 bucks and I was charged 13. I live too far to come back easily (2 hours one way,) or I absolutely would. I know it's only a dollar, but if they’re cheating me they're cheating other people.
Huge inventory and easy to try on items and view the products. The staff could be more helpful there were 4 people on the floor, no customers when we came in and no one helped us in a friendly manner nor could they figure out the clearance items prices.
The store was clean and well organized. They have a large selection of merchandise.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great boots, large selection with great deals .
Want to be positive, but nope. Saturday after Christmas and huge line w/ only a single cashier working. The two young boys behind the hat counter looking at customers like a couple of judgmental sorority girls. Told me all I needed to know about this store's management and customer service. I vote w/ my wallet, took my business elsewhere.
