No assistance buying a hat here. I’ve been in twice on separate weeks and zero customer service. The lack of staff and customer service makes no sense for items this costly. Only cashiers at this location- no sales associates here. Hire and train. Disappointing.

There is a younger sandy blonde girl who works here that is consistently rude and unfriendly. I’ve been to this location about a dozen times and have rarely been asked if I need help. On my most recent visit, her attitude was unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional, and it really stood out. If you dislike your job that much, maybe a customer-facing role isn’t the right fit. I’ll be shopping at a different location from now on.

I went in and bought a few things today. It seemed like there was only one worker at the time but he went above and beyond to make sure we and the other customers were taken care of. He answered all the questions I had and was very patient with my 5-year-old daughter, answering her questions like she was an adult. His name was Seth, I just really like the way that he took care of everyone and did it with Grace. I'll be back.

The friendliness of this location and the customer experience of what we experience was not good, first of all when we were checking the cashier was not friendly or greet as we were getting to register and it seemed unhappy about her job, but other employees were happy and asked if we were doing ok and needed any help with anything other then that the store staff was okay, if there was a 1 1/2 star I would give, but the other location in Tulsa is more friendly and greeted us as we walked through the door.
