Seriously some of the most miserable employees I’ve ever seen. Came in on a Sunday and they were not busy whatsoever. The lady working started fixing the boots in the same isle we were trying boots on. Like do you think we’re stealing? Are you keeping an eye on us? When we were trying to ask for a size she looked so bothered and annoyed that we asked another employee and that employee said that she will help us… like clearly not if she is not acknowledging that we are there. There is a younger sandy blonde girl who works here that is consistently rude and unfriendly. I’ve been to this location about a dozen times and have rarely been asked if I need help. On my most recent visit, her attitude was unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional, and it really stood out. If you dislike your job that much, maybe a customer-facing role isn’t the right fit. I’ll be shopping at a different location from now on.
I went in and bought a few things today. It seemed like there was only one worker at the time but he went above and beyond to make sure we and the other customers were taken care of. He answered all the questions I had and was very patient with my 5-year-old daughter, answering her questions like she was an adult. His name was Seth, I just really like the way that he took care of everyone and did it with Grace. I'll be back.
No assistance buying a hat here. I’ve been in twice on separate weeks and zero customer service. The lack of staff and customer service makes no sense for items this costly. Only cashiers at this location- no sales associates here. Hire and train. Disappointing.
I'll tell you what if you're looking for southernware cavender's is the way to go. The employees are always very nice and helpful. They actually give you comments on what looks good and doesn't look good on you. So if you ever need a pair of boots or some good shirts, I'd always go here. I don't go anywhere else for my boots anymore.
