Stopped by to look for some steel toe boots for work, weeks ago. The store was spacious & everything was easy to find. The young lady greeted me at the door and guided me to their selection of boots. She was very polite & friendly, excellent customer service. Wish I could remember her name but this was a visit several weeks ago. I didnt find what I needed but I would stop by just for the customer service and maybe a baseball cap!
It is the 1st time I have been to this Cavender's location. Store was very clean and nice. I was greeted upon entry. I brought a hat to be steamed and shaped. The lady that did it did a fantastic job! She said she was from the Texarkana store but was there for a couple of days. Hope this location keeps her because she knows what she is doing. I will definitely be doing more shopping at this location. Very Pleased!
The manager was an absolute wonderful woman and made this experience for my daughter and I so easy. Back story on this is my daughter needed boots and clothes for one of her school classes and the manager took the time to personally make sure she was comfortable in her clothes. Much appreciated!!! Thank you again
Too expensive for ME, but great selections and good quality.
Went in for a pair of boots the girl was so nice and helpful I ended up buy 2 pairs!! Definitely was a better experience then going where I normally go they just follow me around like I'm coming to steal. Everything I pick "Do you want me to take that up front?" Like I'm just looking.
