I always have a great experience at this location. I had to exchange a pair of boots due to a manufacturer defect. Britney helped me with the exchange, gave me a new pair to try on first, and made sure I was happy. Also, worker Ethan behind the counter offered to put on a fresh coat of mink oil on my new boots in which he did great job. Both employees were very helpful, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this store.🙌🏼

Product and service I would give a five star price is kind of high though
The sales staff is most helpful and clothing selection is very large.
Really great store, many boots and accessories to choose from. Everyone was very nice. I will be back for future shopping.
