My wife and I have shopped at Cavender‘s in Slidell many times, and made many purchases. I bought two pairs of Harriet jeans a week ago, but didn’t quite like the way one fit once I got them home. Never warn never took the tags off, had the receipt and tried to exchange them and they wouldn’t Because they said they smelled like marijuana. Love this Western store. Always stocked with the latest. Best place I have found hands down for belts, buckles, wallets, hats and boots. Friendliest staff you will ever meet
Unfortunately the hat selection was small and their stock hats were not comfortable. The boots were decent variety but they also offered shoes that were highly uncomfortable options. Kind of a knock off of boot barn.
When you are not helped during purchase and you are not told the rules I guess. I got a boot half a size to big and now cant exchange. It might not be much to others. But thats alot of money for something I can't wear. And they are available I was told they are not. Just sucks
Store manager and associates do not understand what 'customer experience' means. It's like they're robots who can't think for themselves.
