I am consistently disappointed with the Cavenders location in Rosenberg. Every time I visit, the management is unhelpful and unwilling to assist with exchanges or returns. This has happened on multiple occasions. I understand that a receipt is required after a certain period, but what if we don’t have it? The staff claimed they couldn’t retrieve any receipt from the system. This is frustrating, especially since I previously worked for Cavender’s and know firsthand that receipts can be located. Finally popped in! What a treat, will be back another time without kids distracting me lol. The selection was awesome and the staff was so attentive Thank you specifically to Mario for helping me find jeans for my husband!
All types of western wear , more particularly hats, boots , badges , belt buckles and off course usual clothing
The staff at this location are great. They’re attentive but not overbearing. I’ve often taken their recommendations. The store has a great vibe versus their competitors.
Took my hat in to get shaped by STEPHEN RAMIREZ. Let me tell you. The man did not disappoint. He kept working with me until he got it right and I was happy with a smile on his face and never seemed bothered about it. Great customer service. Held a conversation the entire time as well and just an all around good person. Will go back to this location just to deal with him. Thanks again Stephen.
