The staff were helpful but not pushy. I browsed several sections and the store was very clean and well organized. Everything was in stock and reasonably priced. I found what I was looking for after browsing online first. I'll definitely be back.
I recently visited this location in search of Muck boots, and unfortunately, the level of service I received was far below what I’ve come to expect from Cavender’s. Upon entering the store, I noticed what appeared to be a cashier and a female manager at the front. I proceeded to the boot section and waited several minutes, but no associates were present or offered assistance. After some time, I walked to the front and asked the manager for help. I love this store they have a nice boots
Service is great. We have our own salesperson. She has worked her self up to the store manager. Chelsea.
Had two different employees come over and check if I needed help. The one came back several times, and even took items I was going to purchase to the front register and took the security tags off while I kept shopping so I wouldn't have to carry them and so that my checkout would go faster. (Just with the prices were a little less)
