The man that helped me was very polite and helpful. The lady whom checked me out at the cashier was super polite and friendly. I normally wouldn’t post. But in this day and age stores and employees are getting so lazy it was very nice to have a great store experience! Keep it up staff.
Went in yesterday around 6pm to buy my sons first pair of boots, love the boots and the Ariat shirt I got him, the store is always clean, neat, and smells great! However the customer service at the register was horrible, the cashier (tall blonde) was rude, didn't smile not one time, acted as if she didn't want to be there and didn't even say thank you for my over a hundred dollar purchase.
Everyone was so friendly and got my online order quickly when I arrived to pick it up. It's a very nice store with very friendly workers, I highly recommend!
On June 26th at 6:30 p.m. the lady who said she was a manager heavyset where's her belt extra tight is always rude to me every time I go in there I don't know if I'm getting I get those ugly looks because maybe she's racist but you know Chelsea left me a voicemail on the 9th and the lady who are described told me Chelsea was there I show up all of a sudden she's not there been trying to get a belt made custom and it's been over 6 weeks and they ain't even got back to me and let me pay for anything I went to high brim on the ... read more
The staff were friendly and helpful. But the checkout system was a mess: the cashier wasn’t staying at the same spot, so when we tried to move to another cashier who looked like she was going to be freed up, and then she went to do something else. And we could not go back to the original line. The worst checkout system I’ve ever experienced.
