I stumbled in to pick up a pair of boots for the upcoming rodeo. Upon coming out of the store, I was greeted. As I was shopping a store associate introduced herself to me and asked if I needed any assistance took my pending items to the front and said she would come back to check on me. What I enjoyed most about my shopping trip today was that she followed up with me, but allowed me to continue shopping and she asked me if I needed help and she continued to help me throughout my excursion. The service is terrible. Too many little girls working there with attitudes. Me and my wife were shopping around. We had our baby in the stroller mind you my child is one year and two months. She was sound asleep in the stroller and the workers just kept walking by eyeing our stroller. I tried to think nothing of it or at least try to understand their point of view. I'm not someone who usually leaves bad reviews. I've had unpleasant experiences at places before and usually just move on. But what happened today made me uncomfortable enough to speak up. I've visited this store several times before. Today while I was in a dressing room with my two kids trying on clothes, I happened to look up and noticed what appeared to be a clear view of a security camera from the dressing room. Truly sad to find that customer service no longer exists. I decided to visit this particular location today because it's a new location. I walked in and the store was empty. Now, the problem was I could not see any employees, but I could hear people talking. As I made my through the store, no one ever came out. I then made my way back to the front and walked right out the door.
