I stumbled in to pick up a pair of boots for the upcoming rodeo. Upon coming out of the store, I was greeted. As I was shopping a store associate introduced herself to me and asked if I needed any assistance took my pending items to the front and said she would come back to check on me. What I enjoyed most about my shopping trip today was that she followed up with me, but allowed me to continue shopping and she asked me if I needed help and she continued to help me throughout my excursion. Truly sad to find that customer service no longer exists. I decided to visit this particular location today because it's a new location. I walked in and the store was empty. Now, the problem was I could not see any employees, but I could hear people talking. As I made my through the store, no one ever came out. I then made my way back to the front and walked right out the door.
