Very nice store. My wife and son visited last week for the first time. Quin greeted us the moment we walked in the door. I just wanted to look at boots and did so. Quin helped my wife with several articles of clothing which she purchased. Quin was very professional and helpful! Fantastic customer service! I live in Fort Worth, but I will travel to the Arlington store for the level of service Quin provides! thank you!
This store just opened today , and it is honestly one of the most welcoming cavender’s I have been in , everyone welcomes you as soon as you walk in and asks if you need help right away , a nice young man helped my husband out his name was Micheal helped him find a good pair of pants and a very nice shirt very good help ! , and a very nice young lady named Lilian checked us out very pretty smile and good attitude , would definitely recommend going in and shopping around.
Me and my wife came into this cavenders this morning let me you , the staff is very very welcome everyone will ask if you need help and help you out if you say yes , I had two employees that did stand out , his name was Josue if I’m no mistakes very good help finding what I needed , and had a very nice girl check us out her name was Lilian she started a little talk and was very nice , would definitely recommend going in and shopping for sum boots !!!
don’t go to this place i waited 2hrs just for my hats to get cleaned and shaped. kept skipping over my hats to do other peoples.
I seen they opened this store recently and went and checked it out everyone was so nice when I was welcomed into the store, i was very pleased with the layout and environment of the store, had a great shopping experience when I was helped out by a young man named Micheal, and will definitely recommend this employee to help with your needs!
