This is a new location but it is well stocked and the store is laid out nicely! I went to buy work boots and if you're in construction then you know this can be a task!! When you're in said boots 👢12 hours plus a day!! But was asked if I needed help and wasn't rushed even though at one point I had 4 or 5 boot boxes around me lol. So.... great selection and great store!! Ended up getting these here so wish me luck that I get at least 2 years out of them!!
This place is a scam. Same at Fortworth. I have decided according to the perfume tester, locked to the one. At the checkout the girl priced 60 instead of 55 as the label. Not only that, just after the sale got to verify, I found out that the actual perfume is not the tester. Took the cap back and asked the merchant swiftly to verify see the sold cap is completely different, she’s shocked by the fact. This is the second time this happened with me after Cavander’s of Stockyard.
Great store . Was planning on going to a party that had a western theme needed hat and boots. Found them here . They have like 500 boots on back wall . There was so many different styles and sizes. My mistake was not buying a nice shirt. I'm going back for that in a few days. Wonderful store
Very nice store. My wife and son visited last week for the first time. Quin greeted us the moment we walked in the door. I just wanted to look at boots and did so. Quin helped my wife with several articles of clothing which she purchased. Quin was very professional and helpful! Fantastic customer service! I live in Fort Worth, but I will travel to the Arlington store for the level of service Quin provides! thank you!
My family and I went in for a couple of things, while checking out there was this very helpful cashier, her name was Lily. While being the only cashier with a long line she still took time to make our experience amazing.
