I went into the store to buy an outfit for the first time. Not knowing anything about western or cowboy wear. Went inside to check things out looking lost lol. Then was greeted by employee name Angel. Told him that I dont know anything about fashion of western or cowboy style. This was my first time buying cause im more casual and skater style dresser. Went a few days ago and had an amazing experience! Keke was wonderful—so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful as we carefully selected the perfect outfit for the Houston rodeo. She made the whole process fun and stress-free. Overall a 10/10 experience, I’ll definitely be back!
Rudest manager ever!!! Employees were kind but the manager with the beard was completely rude. He did not want to honor the discount clearly stated on the sign! He also did not want to honor our rodeo committee discount! We’ve been to multiple locations and this was the worse experience. Get better managers to run that place.

Horrific, asked customer service if I should size down they said no now my boots that I paid 200 for are too big. They will not exchange, all my rodeo family DO NOT Go HERE. Pathetic
