I went into the store to buy an outfit for the first time. Not knowing anything about western or cowboy wear. Went inside to check things out looking lost lol. Went a few days ago and had an amazing experience! Keke was wonderful—so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful as we carefully selected the perfect outfit for the Houston rodeo. She made the whole process fun and stress-free. Overall a 10/10 experience, I’ll definitely be back!
The most weirdest shopping experience ! First time at a cavenders .They need to smile more. Stared at me like for a min then asked me if I’m ready? And didn’t even tell me where to place my items while staring at her other team member .
Rudest manager ever!!! Employees were kind but the manager with the beard was completely rude. He did not want to honor the discount clearly stated on the sign! He also did not want to honor our rodeo committee discount! We’ve been to multiple locations and this was the worse experience. Get better managers to run that place.
Me and my boyfriend came in to get a pair a jeans the staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks you Xavier and team for all your amazing help.
