I went into the store to buy an outfit for the first time. Not knowing anything about western or cowboy wear. Went inside to check things out looking lost lol. Then was greeted by employee name Angel. Told him that I dont know anything about fashion of western or cowboy style. This was my first time buying cause im more casual and skater style dresser. Rudest manager ever!!! Employees were kind but the manager with the beard was completely rude. He did not want to honor the discount clearly stated on the sign! He also did not want to honor our rodeo committee discount! We’ve been to multiple locations and this was the worse experience. Get better managers to run that place.
Went a few days ago and had an amazing experience! Keke was wonderful—so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful as we carefully selected the perfect outfit for the Houston rodeo. She made the whole process fun and stress-free. Overall a 10/10 experience, I’ll definitely be back!
The sale associates are so sweet along with the cashier but the manger with was so rude with her attitude eye rolls and loud sighing acting like it was a chore to do her job. I saw her berate her employees for trying to do their job or help out the other employees she had long black hair along with a bad attitude I will not be coming back here again, if that’s how the manger acts towards me and others and her staff.
Me and my boyfriend came in to get a pair a jeans the staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks you Xavier and team for all your amazing help.
