I went into the store to buy an outfit for the first time. Not knowing anything about western or cowboy wear. Went inside to check things out looking lost lol. Then was greeted by employee name Angel. Told him that I dont know anything about fashion of western or cowboy style. This was my first time buying cause im more casual and skater style dresser. Rudest manager ever!!! Employees were kind but the manager with the beard was completely rude. He did not want to honor the discount clearly stated on the sign! He also did not want to honor our rodeo committee discount! We’ve been to multiple locations and this was the worse experience. Get better managers to run that place.
Management has very poorly customer service. I seen the manager run out two customers out the store when wanting to purchase merchandise. I just left my items and stepped out the store after seeing this incident.. This location has so much potential but with very bad choice of Management.. I will not recommend anyone to go to this location. I rather travel a distance with better customer service.
The sale associates are so sweet along with the cashier but the manger with was so rude with her attitude eye rolls and loud sighing acting like it was a chore to do her job. I saw her berate her employees for trying to do their job or help out the other employees she had long black hair along with a bad attitude I will not be coming back here again, if that’s how the manger acts towards me and others and her staff.
Horrific, asked customer service if I should size down they said no now my boots that I paid 200 for are too big. They will not exchange, all my rodeo family DO NOT Go HERE. Pathetic
