Wow!!! What a store!!! Our first time here and we've been to plenty of Western wear and Cowboy and Cowgirl stores all over the USA. Loaded, full, all the popular names of boots, cloths, Hats, Cowboy and Cowgirl stuff. My wife purchased another pair of boots and she was happy!!! Great attentive service by the staff and we will be back!!!
If you want ariat boots and lots of pestering from overly eager, wanting to help employees this is the place for you. The first few asks if we were doing okay, needed help finding anything were sweet, but without exaggeration, we probably seriously declined 20 times. This was excessive. Store is beautifully organized and well kept and has PLENTY of Ariat options, otherwise not too much!
I visited in December 2024. Customer service was top-notch. Shout out to Lily! She was patient and informative. I was very pleased with the items I purchased in store and ordered. Order came quickly. I wish they had more in store women size 11 boots.
Started the rewards program, and because im a military vet, and they do a small military discount, I do not qualify for rewards? Spent over $2,000 there in the last week, go to use my points, and was told that my military is all I get. No rewards! Yet there reward program does not mention they EXCLUDE MILITARY VETS!!! No more shopping at this store! I'll go elsewhere where its appreciated! Giving someone a $15 to 50 off when they spend thousands should NOT exclude them, just because they are a VET. Oh my, what a great shopping experience. Lizzie is awesome and was a great help. She helped the misses get cowgirl boots and then a cowgirl hat. She has a great eye and really helped us get the correct look the wife was going for. Ms. Beth and Erin were also a great help when getting the hat. They all were great. We will return.
