First time here. I was looking for my first pair of boots. I was pleased with the large selection to choose from. I left with three pairs of shoes, one pair boots and other two Ariat and Hey Dude. The prices were very reasonable. Wide selection of Western wear. I also purchased a dress. I do recommend.

I went in to get my hat shaped. The lady who usually does shaping had left for the day. The lady there does some shaping but didn't want to mess it up. I talked her in to giving it a shot. She did a great job. She was wonderful to chat with . I wish I had got her name. I am very happy. Thank you.

I'm not a huge cowboy kind of guy, but I can still appreciate a clean, high class establishment with nice leather goods. This place has high depth in boots, belts, hats, and clothing!

Really cool place with a lot of style and clothing options. There are hundreds of boots to choose from too. Some really beautiful ones! The clothing prices were pretty average. Not as high as I was expecting. The boots and leather products are more expensive though. The store is huge! The staff was super friendly and gave me their attention right away.

How come the customer service here is always so horrible?? There was a man in a cowboy hat helping out and being very nice but but the girl behind the counter was just so rude! I’m spending a bunch of money here you don’t have to be a jerk.
