First time ever beening inside the cavenders western outfitters and it's a great place with helpful staff and I love my boots that I gotten there and very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this place.
Enjoyed my shopping experience and was very happy with service here! Ashton took care of us and let us shop but I had many questions and he had the answers. This guy knows his boots!! Rylan help the wife with boots and hats. He is a great salesman. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The only place I will ever buy boots!! Thanks Cavenders will be back soon!! This is my favorite store for anything boots or western wear!!
Kind of overpriced. Girls that work here seem to care more about looking “western” rather than helping customers. When asking for help multiple times from various employees, no one seems informed enough to be much help. Not much in the children’s section. Large Clearance women’s rack. Not the best western store I’ve been too. Won’t be returning.
I bought two different pairs of the wrangler high rise trouser jeans and after only wearing them twice to work at an office and one wash on cold, both pairs already have quarter sized holes in them. The fabric is separating and the top and bottom corners of the back pockets. These jeans were almost $90 a pair, a complete waste of money. I've had Walmart jeans that held up better than these. The jeans are obviously defective but due to their return policy, there's nothing I can do so I'm out of almost $200. Very disappointed.... read more
This was a very nice store. You can fine your perfect western country look here. I would definitely come back and shop for more clothes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had many different brands for everyone in the family.
